About Microgreens

What are microgreens?
Microgreens are young edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs, harvested 7–14 days after germination. They are larger than sprouts but smaller than baby greens and are known for their concentrated nutrition and flavour. Studies have proved that microgreens contains upto 40X nutrients than their mature counterparts.
Are microgreens the same as sprouts?
No. Sprouts are grown in water and consumed with roots and seeds. Microgreens are grown in soil or growing medium, harvested above the root, and are generally considered safer and more flavourful.
Why are microgreens considered nutritious?
Microgreens are harvested at an early growth stage when plants contain concentrated levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are a simple way to add nutrition to everyday meals.
Are microgreens a replacement for vegetables?

No. Microgreens complement a balanced diet but should not replace regular vegetables.

Typically, up to 25 grams per day is sufficient for most individuals. Quantity may vary based on diet, age, and lifestyle.
Can children and elderly people consume microgreens?
Yes. Microgreens can be consumed by all age groups when washed properly and eaten in moderation. For specific dietary needs/allergies/conditions, consult a healthcare professional.
Do microgreens have side effects?
Microgreens generally do not have side effects when consumed in moderation. Over consumption or improper washing may cause digestive discomfort in some people.
How do you eat microgreens?

Microgreens can be eaten raw or added to:

  • Dosa, idli, upma, chapathi
  • Rice dishes
  • Salads and smoothies
  • Sandwiches and bowls

Basically, anything where microgreens are not over cooked or boiled. 

Should microgreens be eaten raw or cooked?

What is a microgreens subscription?

A subscription allows you to receive fresh microgreens at regular intervals without reordering every time.

Can I pause or modify my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions can be paused or modified by informing us at least 48 hours before the next delivery.

Are there plans for couples and families?

Yes. We offer subscription plans for individuals, couples, and families to suit different consumption needs.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Orders, Delivery & Returns

Where do you deliver microgreens?

We currently deliver across Hyderabad. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1000.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If delivery fails due to unavailability or an incorrect address, re-delivery may not be possible for perishable items.

Can microgreens be returned?

Due to their perishable nature, returns are not accepted once delivered.

What if I receive damaged microgreens?

Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with images for verification.

Can I grow microgreens at home?

Yes. Microgreens are easy to grow at home using seeds, trays, and basic care.

How long do microgreens take to grow?

Most microgreens are ready to harvest within 7–14 days.

Do I need sunlight to grow microgreens?
