1. SHIPPING
- Microgreens are harvested fresh and delivered within designated serviceable areas.
- Delivery timelines are subject to harvesting schedules, logistics availability, and local conditions.
- Customers must ensure accurate delivery details and availability at the delivery address.
- MGM is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled before harvesting or dispatch.
- Once harvesting has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
- Subscription modifications or pauses must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery.
3. RETURNS
- Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, returns are not accepted once delivered.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
- In case of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, customers must notify MGM within 4 hours of delivery.
- Clear images must be shared for verification.
5. REFUNDS
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines are typically 7–10 business days.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
6. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
- Subscription amounts are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced.
- Any approved adjustments may be applied to future deliveries.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
- Refunds or compensations are not applicable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond MGM’s control.
