Microgreens De Manikonda

This policy outlines the terms related to shipping, cancellations, refunds, and replacements for products and subscriptions purchased from Microgreens De Manikonda.

1. SHIPPING

  • Microgreens are harvested fresh and delivered within designated serviceable areas.
  • Delivery timelines are subject to harvesting schedules, logistics availability, and local conditions.
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details and availability at the delivery address.
  • MGM is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled before harvesting or dispatch.
  • Once harvesting has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Subscription modifications or pauses must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery.

3. RETURNS

  • Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, returns are not accepted once delivered.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

  • In case of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, customers must notify MGM within 4 hours of delivery.
  • Clear images must be shared for verification.

5. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines are typically 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

  • Subscription amounts are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced.
  • Any approved adjustments may be applied to future deliveries.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Refunds or compensations are not applicable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond MGM’s control.
