1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT USAGE

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders or subscriptions.
• MGM reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

• All microgreens are fresh, perishable agricultural products.
• Availability may vary due to seasonal conditions, crop cycles, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Product images are indicative and may vary slightly from actual deliveries.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes.
• MGM reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed via authorised payment gateways available on the website.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscription plans are billed in advance for the selected duration.
• Customers may modify, pause, or cancel subscriptions by notifying MGM at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery.
• Requests made after this window will apply from the subsequent delivery cycle.
• Subscription prices may be revised with prior intimation.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. DELIVERY

• Deliveries are limited to serviceable areas.
• Delivery timelines and slots are indicative and subject to change due to weather, logistics, or operational constraints.
• Customers must ensure availability and correct delivery details.
• MGM is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, restricted access, or unavailability at the delivery location.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, returns are not accepted once delivered.
• Order cancellations must be requested before harvesting or dispatch.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 4 hours of delivery with supporting images.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. STORAGE & CONSUMPTION

• Products must be stored as per the guidelines shared.
• MGM is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption.
• Consumption recommendations are indicative and not prescriptive.

8. HEALTH & NUTRITION DISCLAIMER

• Information provided on the website, social media, or workshops is for general informational purposes only.
• MGM does not provide medical advice or guarantee health outcomes.
• Customers should consult healthcare professionals for specific dietary or medical concerns.

9. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

• Workshop registrations are subject to availability.
• MGM reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellation and refund terms for workshops will be communicated at the time of registration.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All website content including text, images, videos, and logos are the intellectual property of MGM.
• Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• MGM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

• MGM shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including weather conditions, natural calamities, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

14. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
